Dr. Erika Guerra (Principle Dentist)

Dr. Erika Guerra, Principal Dentist of Morphett Vale Dental Care is proud to lead an outstanding dental team committed to providing an outstanding and exceptional dental care.

Erika has completed a Bachelor of Dental Surgery overseas and in at The University of Adelaide and has 17 years of experience as a dental practitioner.

Erika passion and love for dentistry is reflected in her dedication towards patients and the practice. She endeavors to help her patients feel comfortable and at ease when having their necessary dental treatments. Being a mother of two school-aged children enables Erika to have a nurturing way with children as well with all her patients.

Erika has a special interest for cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetic enhancements.  She is devoted to continued professional education and keeping up to date with modern dentistry.

Erika is a Qualified dental-facial clinician and has undergone training with the Australasian Academy of Dental Facial Aesthetics. Erika believes there is more in dentistry than just teeth and hence she has a more holistic approach to her dental services.  In her free time, Erika enjoys spending quality time with her family, long walks and training her dog.

Erika is also fluent in Spanish for any customers needing translation.

Jesse Trento (Oral Therapist)

Jesse is an Oral Health Therapist completing his Bachelor of Oral Health at The University of Adelaide, in 2009. He is a valued and motivated member of our dental team promoting healthy oral habits for children and adults.

Growing up and working in the southern suburbs of Adelaide, he is passionate in helping his local community keep their teeth for life. Outside of work Jesse maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys spending quality time with his young family. Book in with Jesse and “feel” the difference today!

Louise Hannah (Receptionist)

Louise has been in the dental industry since 1985, she graduated as Dental Assistant from Horsley Dental School in Leeds, West Yorkshire (UK).

Over the years Louise has worked in small as well as large dental practices, giving her large exposure and a great experience. After many years of dental nursing in the U.K. and having children of school age, Louise work for 7 years as an account administrator.

In 2008, Louise and her family migrated to Australia and decided to come back to what she loved the most “dentistry”, and have worked within the dental and dermatology sector since.

In her free time, Louise enjoys making the most of every moment now that her children are independent adults and loves spending quality time with her husband and menagerie of animals. As well as taking advantage of the beautiful beaches & wineries that are on our doorstep.

Licola Mitton (Receptionist)

 Licola completed her Certificate lll in Dental Assisting in 1999. With 18 years’ experience, she is very passionate about what she does. Recently she accomplished making sure the practice was and is to the highest of industry standards by submitting everything necessary to become QIP Accredited. This is the highest standard a Dental Practice can hold. With having a bright and bubbly personality,  she often visits childcare centers and early learning centers to talk and educate children about the importance of dental health & hygiene. Being a mother of a 4-year-old girl she knows exactly how important that is. She is dedicated to continuous education attending multiple training courses, most recently attending a training in Botox and dermal fillers with Dr. Guerra. When you don’t see her smiling face around she is busy being mum to 4 years old Molly. She likes to travel, spend time with friends/family and exercise.

Stephanie Tischendorf (Dental Assistant)

Stephanie started working in dentistry in 2009 and completed her Certificate III in Dental Assisting in 2010. During her career, Stephanie has assisted for general dentists and in the past couple of years, she worked assisting an Oral Surgeon. Stephanie has just returned to the workforce after her maternity leave. Her bubbly, caring and easy going personality is a great addition to our practice, making all our patients feel at eased and calm. In her spare time, Stephanie loves being active with her two children. Enjoys spending time with friends and family.
